1. Purpose of the policy

The law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, as well as the general European regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and to the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) supplementing Law No. 78-17, grants you specific rights such as the right to obtain consent, the right to access, to object to personal data concerning you as well as to rectify or delete incomplete or inaccurate information concerning you.

|Managing the exercise of I&L rights
The data we collect may be passed on to technical service providers (subcontractors) that BOAN IMMOBILIER uses to carry out its services for the purposes mentioned above, for example for marketing operations.
